1.- THE EXPLORATION OF THE FOETAL LIFE:
Inside his mother’s womb, a baby is extremely telepathic. Catching the thoughts and feelings of his parents – particularly those of his mother, he ends up adopting them. When he is born, he begins to put in practice his beliefs and faulty perceptions of the outer world. To become aware and to release the negative Reactive Selves of the baby, as much as those of his parents during the period of gestation, is major, in order to recover a sense of security, trust, well-being and love. By recreating his space, he thus dares to express his potentials upon his arrival on Earth.
2.- THE RELEASE OF THE MAIN REACTIVE SELVES:
{mosimage}* The Unworthy Self: mainly located within the first and 2nd chakra, it also influences the energetic centers as a whole. Its origin frequently goes back to early childhood. Lacking love, it comes to the conclusion that it does not deserve it and is no longer able to express it or to receive it. A fear of being abandoned emerges together with the belief: “I take”, “I keep”, “I control”. This attitude strengthens the absence of success and abundance, so that all kindness or generosity of the heart becomes unperceivable or suspicious.
{mosimage}* The Frightened Self: mainly located in the 2nd chakra, we also find it in the solar plexus and in the heart chakra. Helpless, prisoner of its doubts, uncertainties, tensions, stress and anxieties, it remains unable to express its individual resources, by fear of being abandoned, alone with itself. Weak, the Frightened Self refuses to assume responsibilities in order to avoid to face failure, isolation, emptiness and death.
{mosimage}* The Helpless Self: Mainly located in the solar plexus, it nevertheless greatly influences the other chakras. In response to the loss of its own personal power, it tries to compensate by controlling or manipulating others as soon as he can. The diminished Helpless Self has no other options than either playing the role of a victim or, on the contrary, the role of a tyrant. Whatever option it chooses, the Helpless Self considers itself to be a victim of others and of the situations it is facing.
{mosimage}* The Judge: located in the 6th chakra, it manages to convince us of the scarcity of our value, maintaining us into our fears, our feelings of unworthiness, guilt and helplessness. The Judge is the master of all our limitative thought patterns and behaves as a supreme authority, as well as a nagging tutor. Deprived of compassion, of the ability to forgive or to give and receive love, it separates us from others, reminding us constantly of our failures, by keeping us away from our Essence and from our qualities.
These Reactive Selves block the vital energy, which is meant to flow usually up to our superior charkas, so that the strengths and qualities of these centers remain unreachable or numbed.
3.- THE EXPLORATION OF THE 10 YEAR OLD CHILD:
{mosimage}Between 7 and 10 years old, our personality starts to assert itself; we take major decisions, most of the time negative, influencing our behaviors for the rest of our lives. These decisions prevent us to establish a harmonious relationship with ourselves or with others, and hold us back from social success and personal self esteem.
