The Ro-Hun therapy process

THE PURIFICATION:
{mosimage}During this first series of exploration, the notion of individuality is being displayed. These various processing evacuate the outdated limitations of the past and, most importantly, transform and then release the faulty representations of the self as well as of the others. The blocks, out of which repetitive troubling events arise, significantly slow down the optimal development of the self. The “Purification” tends towards a greater knowledge, love, respect, trust and esteem of the self and others. By fostering the reconnection with an amplified conscious perception, the Purification also focuses on the psychological problems, the ego tricks which are at the base of most of traditional psychotherapies. The personality – resulting from the ego, the mental and its multiple aspects -, gradually integrated and cleared of its perverted side-effects, gives way to a purer, more accurate and more affirmed dimension of the self, establishing the foundations of the next step: the Transformation.

1.- THE FIRST MEETING:
{mosimage}Before planning any sessions, a free of charge preliminary meeting takes place for approx. 1 hour. Its objective is to present the methodology in order to determine whether it corresponds to each individual needs, expectations and level of evolution.

2.- THE FIRST THREE SESSIONS:
{mosimage}Three sessions (or more if necessary) of 2 hours each will follow the first discussion. They are planned in a consecutive way within the same week. This process gets to a global cleansing of the 7 major chakras.

Each session always starts with a guided relaxation, which goal consists of reaching an expanded state of consciousness giving rise to a more objective observation and understanding of ourselves.

{mosimage}As images or feelings appear, as well as major specific events related to the appropriate situation, the individual realizes and feels the impact of his/her own emotions and limitative thoughts such as: anger, fear, judgment, helplessness, betrayal, unworthiness, resentment, guilt, etc. Since chakras are vortexes and real energetic power plants, these blocks prevent them from a smooth functioning as well as the vital energy flow.

{mosimage}The confrontation and the revelation of: sub-personalities, restricted Reactive Selves, conditioned reactions or automatic defense mechanisms facilitate the identification, the analysis and the synthesis of the global circumstances responsible for the sufferings and incidents concerned. These Reactive Selves, or Mirror Selves, which carry distorted feelings and preconceptions most often unfounded, must be traced inside the chakra involved. This will induce an acceptance, a detachment and then a release from the incriminated characters. These obsolete ways of functioning are replaced by new healthier and more stable behaviors, bringing new corresponding experiences.

3.- THE SKIMS:
{mosimage}The sessions called “Skims” come after the first three sessions. The previous difficulties and problems realized and transcended, other unconscious yet important elements emerge. The person develops therefore the strength to focus more efficiently on these denied aspects, which are mainly explored in one or two chakra at a time. These separate sessions are done once a week (or as many as necessary) until one is ready to move to the next step.

4.- THE SHADOW:
{mosimage}The last step of the Purification process allows to access hidden and denied problems and traumas, which are directly linked with our past abuses of power, our meanest and most unavowed behaviors. The purpose here is to finally uncover and surpass the shadow areas, which became the sources of our fears, shame and guilt, preventing us from reaching achievement, balance and the free expression of our creative potentials. This work is tricky and requires courage. It generally requires 4 consecutive sessions, sometimes 8 depending on the person, lasting 2 hours each and taking place within the same week.

THE TRANSFORMATION:
{mosimage}The lucid and voluntary transformation of the personality for love and consciousness is the core issue of the Ro-Hun Therapy, inviting us to reach a spiritual achievement and maturation, by integrating the ego and making space for our original divine essence. The mechanisms and tricks of our ego, of the mental and of the personality defined in the first stage: the Purification open the way to the second stage: The Transformation, during which the qualities and the intelligence pertaining to the enlightenment can start to spread out.

{mosimage}The association body-heart-consciousness, the true primordial unified trinity, transforms our perception of the ordinary reality and consciousness, by orienting our destiny more efficiently than the ego could pretend to. This work can only be done by those, who have gone through the Purification process and can only by given by a Ro-Hun Master (certified therapist).

1.- THE 7 VISIONS OF SELF:
{mosimage}This series of 3 sessions entirely differs from the previous ones. It takes place once a week and builds new and more creative perspectives, a more realistic and global vision of self, in correlation with the integrality of our energetic system. This approach focuses only on the symbolic representation of our interior being within the 7 states of consciousness and specific functions related to our chakras: our presence in the world, our emotional life, our power, our love, our ability to communicate and to express, our discernment, our connection to the divine. It offers us the possibility to fulfill the powerful realization of our heart collectively.

2.- THE ANDROGYN PROCESS:
{mosimage}This series of 3 sessions are held once a week and allows us to open the doors to the healing of duality and of the interior individual struggle between our female and male energies. This Yin Yang approach offers the opportunity to evaluate where we stand in terms of intimate, family, professional relationships and to solve eventual health problems resulting from this energetic struggle. At this stage, the Ro-Hun Therapy speeds up the reconciliation and integration of our opposite polarities and allows a general bloom in various areas of our existence. Our consciousness continues to expand, as it reaches a greater clarity, harmony and self-esteem.

3.- THE ARCHETYPES:
{mosimage}At the dawn of our consciousness awakening, we still remain prisoners of Archetypes and from the collective unconscious, unable to identify the source of our personal power. The archetypes represent metaphorical strong behavioral models; they are the true teachers who help us to regain our strengths, our capacity to define our desires, our sense of independence, of autonomy, as well as our ability to sincerely love. This interior guides support us along our initiation by showing us a state of being and acting according to our spiritual level. Each one of them holds a lesson, which eventually can be revealed and represents a step by itself. These archetypes or interior guides have existed forever. They appear in our culture through art, literature, legends, myths and religion.

THE FATHER-MOTHER ARCHETYPES:
{mosimage}The Mother Archetype, as well as the one of the Father, belongs to the three primordial archetypes influencing the whole collective unconscious of humanity. The Mother gives life, providing food and caring, unconditional love, patience, dedication, attention and altruism. Keeper not only of life, but family and earth, she is, in a broader sense, the Archetype of Nature. The purpose of this exploration is to define the conditional deal we have established with our own mother during our own gestation, as well as the relative energetic bonds of dependency. This contract starts in the first chakra and develops during childhood until we reach adulthood. Very often new dispositions add to the initial contract, depending whether it is respected or not by the child or by the mother. This archetype helps revealing the attitude we embraced towards this fundamental woman and, consequently, towards all women.

As for the Father, he holds the gift to create or to initiate, as well as the skills to supervise and lead others: his family, a group of individuals, a company. The purpose of the Father Archetype is to determine the conditional deal, which has been established with our father during our conception, as well as the energetic bonds resulting from it. The process is identical to the one related to the Mother Archetype and helps defining the attitude embraced towards all men. The Father and Mother Archetypes should be worked on separately in 2 or 3 sessions.

THE ARCHETYPE OF THE EMERGENCE:
{mosimage}The Emergence Process or the Original Child essentially focuses – just like in the Split Baby Process – on the 1st, 4th and 6th chakras. Most of the primordial problems can be accessed in the 3 main chakras. If the Split-Baby process reveals and deals with the traumas, repercussions and accumulated fears during our global evolution, the Emergence Process is oriented more specifically on the consequences resulting from our first descent on Earth as an incarnated body and our first expression of the separation from the Divine Source. This process consists in 3 to 5 sessions.

THE 7 ARCHETYPES OF THE PERSONNALITY:
{mosimage}The Archetypes build our foundations, the bases of our personality. They allow us to evolve and move on, while maintaining us prisoners of their influences and control. They show up when we are becoming aware of the scission between the soul and the personality, encouraging the predominance of the ego. Being isolated, the ego calls and attracts the model corresponding to its state of mind. In this case, its role is to become a teacher through sufferings, offering an illusory feeling of power. However, deprived of this crutch, the personality weakens and cannot define itself. Each main Archetype acts and manifests itself through a chakra and a precise aspect of consciousness. There are 7 Archetypes:

- 1st chakra: the wild Man-Woman
- 2nd chakra: The Lover
- 3rd chakra: The Warrior
- 4th Chakra: The King or the Queen
- 5th chakra: the Trickster
- 6th chakra: The Magician
- 7th chakra: The Wise

THE SAVIOUR ARCHETYPE AND THE ABUSED ARCHETYPE:
{mosimage}These two archetypes have the particularity to influence all of our 7 chakras and must be identified and integrated by all concerned individuals, but also by all truthful therapist. If the Abused carries the role of a victim in order to alleviate his own feeling of guilt, the Saviour thinks he knows it all and having the ability to help others, while ignoring that the only person he can save is himself. Each Archetype is dealt within one individual session.

4. THE TRICKSTER:
{mosimage}The trickster is the big illusionist and trouble maker. A compulsive liar, so as not to assume his responsibilities and to hide the enigma of his true nature, he remains inaccessible by manipulating, generating conflicts, failures and plots, by doubting and pointing at others for mistakes. This process includes 4 to 8 consecutive sessions, preferably within the same week. It explores the perversions of this Archetype in each of our chakras, in order to discover more constructive alternatives, so as to react and start acting effectively, freed from our compulsions and automatic protections.
